Call for Interest: Develop Blended Learning Content

SingHealth Academy strives to enhance the delivery of learning and teaching within SingHealth to provide the right learning to the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

We invite all SingHealth staff and faculty to submit their interest in the development of Blended Learning content.


Section A
Selected proposals will receive full assistance in the development* of Blended Learning content. Proposals should include a mix of at least two of the following:

• E-learning modules
• Educational videos
• Apps for portable devices

*SingHealth Academy to co-own the developed content and is able to offer the module/s to staff within the SingHealth Cluster. In the event that the content experts leave the institution and are not able to complete the development project, SingHealth Academy will continue with the course content development work with a newly apppointed content expert and to fully own the developed content.

Section B
Your commitment: To provide the necessary content and work with SingHealth Academy in the development of Blended Learning content.

Your returns: To co-own the developed Blended Learning content at no development costs.

Estimated Development Timeline: 8 - 18 months
