Designing Effective Learning and Assessment Strategies for Healthcare Professionals in the 21st Century
The Advanced Course in Educational Planning aims to equip healthcare educators / trainers with in-depth knowledge of healthcare professional education and to allow them to have hands-on training in key areas of said subject.
Through six modules, the programme will teach participants to design effective learning and assessment strategies. The six modules are:
- Collaborative Learning in Small Groups and How to Ask Question to Promote Learning
- Providing and Receiving Feedback
- Problem-based Learning and Facilitation Skills
- Care-based Learning and Team-based Learning
- Written Assessment
- Workplace-based Assessments
