Course Objectives
Catering to the needs of healthcare educators and trainers, this programme focuses on useful skills, techniques and tools for effective training. Participants will learn how to design, develop and deliver training programmes that bring out the best from their students.
Course Description
Through an activity-based approach, participants will learn how to apply key theoretical concepts on conducting healthcare training. Participants will also benefit from a host of other training elements such as debrief, personal reflection, practical learning, group discussions, trainer and video feedback, and goal setting. Trainers will also guide participants to map their individual development plan.
To facilitate self-directed learning, participants will receive a learner kit containing easy-to-use templates and tools to aid every stage of their personal development.
Upon completion, participants will receive a Professional Certificate in Faculty Development awarded by SingHealth.
